Heidi® Fixation Targets

The Heidi® fixation paddle is used to determine the degree of strabismus in children from the age of three months. Features include a smiling face on one side, grating on the other side and pupil size and corneal diameter measurement on the handle. Children of a normal developmental stage respond to the smiling face by following it with a combination of eye and head movement.

The Heidi® fixation targets are available in two different sizes. The medium-sized version is mainly used for children with severe visual impairments or multiple disabilities.
